Product Update: August 2026
Ask Arch now watches the weather in your service area and stages outreach before demand spikes. Plus Routines, saved questions that email you fresh numbers on a schedule.
This month's headline is Ask Arch: get ahead of weather-driven demand before it hits your call center, and turn a chart into a report that reruns itself. Read on for what's new and what's rolling out.
🌦️ Ask Arch watches the weather
Ask Arch tracks weather conditions in your service territory and stages outreach before a weather-driven surge, not after.
How it works
- Two forecast modes. A precise forecast for the next two weeks, and a longer-range outlook that reaches out several months for early planning.
- Built to catch real patterns, not a routine hot day. Ask Arch compares current temperature and rainfall to the same period last year, and flags a run once conditions hold above or below a threshold for several days straight.
- Timed to the lag, not the event. Outreach is staged to go out before call volume rises, not after homeowners start calling around.
Why this matters: Hot streaks, cold fronts, and heavy rain spike HVAC and plumbing demand. Catching the pattern early means your outreach lands right when your customers need you.
You'll find it in Ask Arch: ask about weather trends in your service area, or set up a weather-based routine.
📈 Routines give you recurring reports
A routine is a saved question in Ask Arch that runs on a schedule. Build it once, then see it in your inbox with fresh numbers.
How it works
- Create a new routine. Say what you want in a few words to shape a recipe.
- Edit without rebuilding. Reword a section or widen a date window anytime.
- Covers multiple companies. One report can pull figures from several companies at once for brand managers.
Why this matters: Get a monthly sequence performance report, a weekly update on top call cancellation reasons, or a daily digest on hot leads. No one has to remember to pull it.
You'll find it in Ask Arch: create a new routine, or open a conversation with a chart and select "Make this a recurring report."
