    Product Update: July 2026

SMS is live in multi-channel sequences, and Demand Recovery surfaces earned intent your CSRs haven't called back yet. Plus a preview of OTT, Social pilots, and Ask Arch.

Sharing the newest product updates on Arch. Two big ones this month: SMS and Demand Recovery in the call intelligence module. Read on for what's new and what's coming.

    📱 SMS Is Here

Multi-channel orchestration is getting more powerful. You can now coordinate email, direct mail, and SMS from one platform. Homeowners hear from you at the right time, on the right channel.

SMS step added to an Arch sequence alongside email and direct mail
Add SMS steps directly into any Arch sequence.

    How it works

    • Add SMS to any sequence. Drop an SMS step into a new or existing sequence alongside email and direct mail. Arch handles timing and channel coordination so messages don't pile up on the same customer. Replies are forwarded to a number of your choosing for a human to respond to.
    • Compliance built in. Opt-in tracking, automatic opt-out (STOP) handling, and quiet-hours enforcement are all managed for you. No separate tooling, no manual list scrubbing.
    • Unified reporting. SMS sends, deliveries, replies, and opt-outs show up in the same sequence health and attribution views you already use. That includes holdout lift.

Why this matters: Email and mail are patient channels. SMS is immediate. Together they let you warm a homeowner over weeks and then close with a timely, personal nudge. All without leaving Arch.

You'll find SMS under Sequences → Add Step → SMS.

    🎯 Demand Recovery

Your customers are constantly signaling intent. CSRs already have a lot to handle. Demand Recovery shows you where to outbound to win new business, so the demand you already earned doesn't slip away.

Demand Recovery list surfacing high-intent callbacks for CSRs
Demand Recovery surfaces the callbacks most likely to convert.

    How it works

    • Automatic signal detection. Arch analyzes the latest call, prior call history, and ServiceTitan customer context to understand true intent. Slice calls by trade (HVAC, Plumbing, and more) to spin up exactly the demand you need.
    • New leads first. The Demand Recovery list syncs with the calls your CSRs are already making. No more double calling. Start with the leads who haven't been followed up with yet.
    • Track team success. See how much recovered revenue your team generates through callbacks. These are real leads who want service and need just one more nudge before converting.

Why this matters: The cheapest lead is the one you already paid to acquire. Demand Recovery closes the gap between the intent your customers show and the jobs you actually book. It runs automatically, and you can see it working.

You'll find it under Call Intelligence → Demand Recovery.
