    AI Creatives QA catches errors before send. The Audience Builder now segments by membership tier, warranty expiration, and customer lifetime value.

    This release introduces AI Creatives QA, which checks every creative for errors, brand consistency, and brand personalization before it goes out, and the Audience Builder now lets you segment by membership tier, renewal status, and warranty expiration dates—so you can reach homeowners at exactly the right moment.

    AI Creatives QA

    Catch errors before your customers do.

    Every piece of creative—whether it's a direct mail postcard or an email—now passes through Arch's AI Creatives QA before it goes out the door.

    What it checks

    • Spelling, grammar, and brand consistency
    • Offer accuracy and compliance (pricing, disclaimers, licensing info)
    • Image quality and layout issues
    • Key component coverage (e.g. CTA, phone numbers, website details, brand-aligned content, adherence to CAN-SPAM regulations)
